ToastAmp is free to download and use, but it is not open source. This licence covers the ToastAmp app and its
source code, including every file marked "SPDX-License-Identifier: LicenseRef-ToastAmp".

1. Use. You may install and use ToastAmp free of charge, on any Mac you own or control, for personal or
   commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions. Except where this licence or a third-party licence (section 3) allows it, you may not copy,
   modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense ToastAmp or its source code, or publish modified versions of
   it, without written permission from the copyright holder.

3. Third-party components. ToastAmp includes software by others under their own licences, listed in
   THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md (in the app: Contents/Resources/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md). Nothing in this licence
   limits the rights those licences give you. In particular:

   - ToastAmp's pull audio output (Sources/SudampAO, its files marked
     "SPDX-License-Identifier: LGPL-2.1-or-later") is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License,
     version 2.1 or later.
   - mpv, FFmpeg and the other libraries ToastAmp links statically are licensed under the GNU Lesser General
     Public License. You may modify them, relink ToastAmp with your modified versions, and reverse-engineer
     ToastAmp to debug those modifications. Each ToastAmp release publishes what you need to do this.

4. No warranty. ToastAmp is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the
   warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the
   copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort
   or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with ToastAmp or its use.
